Programme:
- Presentation ‘Forest bathing as a source of health’ (approx. 30 min.)
- 3 hours stay in the forest with sensory forest invitations, experiences, and activities
- Conclusion and forest aperitif
Price per person: CHF 126. Price reduction to CHF 113 if you bring another person.
